To my fellow Ateneans,

Due to the forecasted winter storm this weekend, the alumni officers have discussed this morning, and have decided to cancel the Ateneo Christmas party scheduled tomorrow, December 15, 2007 in Vienna, VA. The metro Washington, DC area is expected to have a wintry mix of sleet, snow, ice and rain which would be very difficult for many of us to drive in these road conditions. As always, I would like all to be safe and sound in your respective homes, and I would rather err in the side of safety for everyone.

I truly apologize for any inconvenience that this cancellation might have caused you and your family. I do request that you call your batchmates and friends, and pass on the party cancellation message to them in case they have not read their incoming email.

I wish you all and your family a very Merry, Merry Christmas, and all the best for the coming New Year 2008!
